中文摘要: 核电站厂坪高,循环冷却水量大,需要高扬程大流量的循环水泵,因此存在巨大的节能空间。根据现有核电站设备及管道参数拟合管路特性曲线,采用Flowmaster软件搭建了水力仿真模型,计算了变频及阀门调节时循环水泵的功率变化,充分利用虹吸作用和更换循环水管道管材,降低循环水泵扬程。研究结果表明,采取工况转换、虹吸利用、管材更换后,核电站节能效果显著。
Abstract:The nuclear power plant has a high floor and a large amount of circulating cooling water.There is a huge energy saving space for the circulating water pump with high head and large flow.According to the existing nuclear power plant equipment and pipeline parameters,the pipeline characteristic curve is fitted,and the hydraulic simulation model is built by Flowmaster software.The power change of the circulating water pump during frequency conversion and valve adjustment is calculated,and the siphon effect and the optimization space of the circulating water pump head after pipe replacement are fully utilized.The results skow that the energy saving offect of nudear power plant is remarkable after adopting working condition covergion,using siphon and pipe replacement.
