中文摘要: 简要介绍了智利《抗震设计》《高压电气设施抗震设计规范》《变电站结构抗震设计》的基本情况,详细探讨了变电站电气设备的抗震设计方法和相关规定。从智利抗震设防目标、设防水准、场地类别、抗震设计方法和抗震设计反应谱等方面分析了智利电气设备的抗震技术和抗震规范,并扼要介绍了变电站电气设备振动台试验的基本规定。与智利电气设备抗震设计规范相比,我国在抗震设防类别、场地分类方案、静力和动力设计方法、抗震设计反应谱等方面均有较大不同。在考虑地震环境差异的情况下,学习和引进智利先进的抗震技术,对改进我国电气设备抗震设计规范和提高我国电气设备的抗震能力具有十分重要的意义。
Abstract:It was briefly introduced on the basic information of Chilean seismic design,code for seismic design of high-voltage electrical equipment and seismic design of substation structures,and was elaborately discussed on the seismic design methods for electrical installations of substations and the relevant regulations.In aspects of precautionary objectives,seismic qualification levels,site class definitions,seismic design methods and the required response spectrum,make an analysis upon Chilean anti-seismic technologies of electrical installations and seismic codes,and make a brief introduction of basic provisions.Compared to Chilean codes for seismic design of electrical installations,there are many differences in aspects of seismic fortification classification,the site classification scheme,static and dynamic design methods,the seismic design response spectrum and so on.Considering different seismic environments,studying and introducing the advanced Chilean anti-seismic technologies are very important to improve our country's codes for seismic design and seismic capabilities of electrical equipment.
