中文摘要: 区域建筑的功能组合和业态配比研究是提高综合能源利用的核心。基于eQUEST软件模拟得到典型建筑动态负荷,采用情景分析法对不同类型城市综合体进行分析,以负荷特性和区域节能减排率为指标进行评价。结果表明,节能率最佳情景在商业主导型城市综合体中,减排率最佳情景在住宅主导型城市综合体中。
Abstract:The research on the function combination and business type ratio of regional buildings is the core link to improve the comprehensive energy utilization.Based on the typical building dynamic load simulated by the eQUEST software,this paper uses the scenario analysis method to analyze different types of urban complexes,and evaluates the load characteristics and regional energy conservation and emission reduction rate as indicators. The results show that the best energy-saving rate is in the commercial leading urban complex,and the best emission reduction rate is in the residential leading urban complex.
