中文摘要: 介绍了小波变换理论,论述了基于电流频谱分析的异步变频电机在线监测诊断系统架构。通过对电机电气信号的采集,利用小波变换频谱分析方法,分析了稳态运行时定子电流的频谱,提取出故障信号的特征,对电机典型故障进行了定位和诊断,并通过故障案例论证该诊断分析系统的有效性。
Abstract:This paper introduces the wavelet transform theory,and discusses the system architecture of asynchronous variable frequency motor online monitoring and diagnosis system based on current spectrum analysis.By collecting electrical signals of the motor and using wavelet transform spectrum analysis method,the spectrum of current in steady-state operation is analyzed,the characteristics of fault signals are extracted,and the typical faults of the motor are located and diagnosed.The validity of the diagnosis and analysis system is proved by a fault case.
