中文摘要: 针对低压用户用电负荷随机性大、不确定性强导致台区三相不平衡治理的难题,提出了一种基于强度帕累托进化算法的低压台区三相不平衡治理方法。在低压用户连接台区变压器相序识别的基础上,以某段时间内台区变压器加权平均三相不平衡度最小、调整相序用户数量最少为目标,采用强度帕累托进化算法搜寻调整用户相序组合的帕累托最优解集。采用优劣解距离法(TOPSIS)选取加权平均三相不平衡度、调整相序用户数量二者整体最优方案。以某供电公司三相不平衡较严重的台区为例,通过仿真计算表明,该方法不仅可以降低台区三相不平衡危害,而且调整用户相序的成本相对较低。
Abstract:Aiming at the problem of three-phase imbalance treatment of low-voltage transformer substation area, a three-phase imbalance treatment method based on strength Pareto evolutionary algorithm is proposed.Based on the identification of transformer phase sequence which user connects, aiming at the minimum weighted average three-phase unbalance degree of the transformer in a certain period of time and the minimum number of users' phase sequence which need to be adjusted, the strength Pareto evolutionary algorithm is used to search for the Pareto optimal solution set of the adjusted phase sequence of the users in the low-voltage substation.The TOPSIS method is used to select the eoptimal scheme.This method can not only reduce the harm of three-phase imbalance in the low-voltage station area, but also reduce the cost of user phase sequence adjustment by simulation calculation in a three-phase imbalance area of a power supply company.
