中文摘要: 提出了一种考虑空调负荷响应潜力的配电网电力弹性平衡方法。首先,利用多因素耦合的空调聚合响应潜力评估方法定量分析空调负荷参与需求侧响应时的最大响应潜力;其次,构建考虑源荷运行特性的双层优化模型,以求取配电网中新能源出力的可信容量;最后,改进传统容载比计算方法,得到适用于新型配电网发展的电力弹性平衡方法。通过某地区实例,验证了所提方法的科学性和实用性。
Abstract:This paper proposes a power elastic balance method for distribution network considering the potential of air conditioning load response.Firstly, a multi factor coupling method for evaluating the aggregate response potential of air conditioning is used to quantitatively analyze the maximum response potential of air conditioning load in demand side response.Secondly, a two-level optimization model considering the source load operation characteristics is constructed to obtain the credible capacity of renewable energy in the distribution network.Finally, the traditional capacity load ratio calculation method is improved, and the power elastic balance method suitable for the development of new distribution network is obtained.A case study shows that the proposed method is scientific and practical.
