Abstract:Based on the dynamic regulation theory, this article uses the maximum economic gain as its target function, and proposes a new Xinanjiang Resevoir control scheme, which can perform better than the standard control plan. The article points out that a pesonable electric bill is a key ingredient to the economic effectiveness.
