中文摘要: 为实现自动发电控制(AGC)调节容量的优化分配和目标可控性,提出了一种应用多目标最优化技术和遗传算法的AGC调节容量的分配方法。应用解决多目标最优问题的权重法,在多目标优化数学模型中引入控制因子,使电网调度人员可以根据ACE的分区人为控制各目标的重要程度,形成目标可控的AGC调节容量优化分配的数学模型,并应用遗传算法求解得到分配结果。最后通过算例验证了该方法的有效性。
Abstract:In order to implement the target-controllability and the optimal dispatch of automatic generation control(AGC), a new dispatch method of AGC regulation capacity is proposed based on the multi-arget optimal technology and the genetic algorithm(GA).In the algorithm, the control factors are introduced by applying multi-target mathematical model, so that it can control every object importance artificially according to the region of area control error(ACE)by operators. The genetic algorithm is used to calculate the mathematical model of target-controllable optimal dispatch for AGC regulation capacity.Finally an example is given to demonstrate the validity of the proposed algorithm.
