中文摘要: 在建立发电机定子线棒温度场计算模型的基础上,以某台600MW发电机的定子下层线棒为研究对象,计算了线棒内某根空心股线发生部分堵塞时的温度场分布。结果表明,空心股线堵塞会不同程度地影响定子线棒的温度分布;线棒的温度与空心股线的堵塞程度有关;而对线棒的某些位置来说,其温度并不是随着堵塞系数的增大而升高的。
Abstract:Based on the heat transfer model of the generator stator bars, the three-dimensional temperature field distribution of the generator stator bar is analyzed in the finite element method.As the object of study, the lower bar of one 600 MW generator stator is analyzed to obtain the temperature distribution when the hollow strands are partly blocked. The results show that when the hollow strands are blocked, the stator bar’s temperature distribution is affected to different extents.With the blockage coefficient increasing, the temperature of the stator bar rises when one hollow strand is partly blocked.
