中文摘要: 根据输电线路工程量的组成和电力工程计价原理,对各种建设方案下的工程造价及其影响因素进行系统分析,建立了输电线路工程造价影响因素的递阶层次结构体系和输电线路工程造价优化数学模型,编制了工程造价优化分析程序,并将其原理、方法和程序应用于某110 kV输电线路工程,得出了该工程的最优规划建设方案.
Abstract:Based on the composition of the transmission line project and the budget principle of power construction project, many construction programs are analyzed, and a hierarchical structure system of the factors which affect the transmission line project cost is proposed, and the optimization model of transmission line project cost is established based on the analytic hierarchy analysis by means of PSO, and a program of the project cost optimization is made, and the analysis principle, method and procedures are applied to the analysis of the.110 kV transmission line project cost, and an optimum planning and construction program is proposed to reduce the project cost.
