中文摘要: 卷筒是起重机起升机构上的重要承重部件,连接卷筒与减速器的联轴器易失效.分析介绍了卷筒联轴器的危险点,并利用Pro/E和Patran软件对联轴器进行建模和扭矩分析,得到了其位移和扭矩的仿真结果,为下一步虚拟试验和测试验证奠定理论基础.

Abstract:Drum is an important load-bearing part of hoisting mechanism, and the coupling connecting the drum and reducer is easy to fail. A theoretical analysis of the dangerous point of drum coupling is presented. Modeling and torque analysis of the coupling is done by using the Pro/E and Patran software, and the simulation results of its torque and displacement are demonstrated, which lays the theoretical foundation for the next virtual and validation test.
