中文摘要: 介绍了光纤布拉格光栅测量应力的原理,论述了国内外光纤布拉格光栅在应力测量方面的研究与应用.分析了制备工艺、聚合物封装、化学蚀刻、复合材料封装等对光纤布拉格光栅在测量范围、测量精度、工作寿命、多路复用以及实用性方面的影响.指出了光纤布拉格光栅要在实际中得到更广泛的应用,仍需作更多的研究,找到简便易行的封装方法,从而实现更高精度、更大范围的信号检测.
Abstract:A brief summary of the principle of strain measurement with fiber Bragg grating is made with focus on the domestic and foreign fiber Bragg grating in the research and application of strain measurement.Analysis is carried out of the preparation process,polymer packaging,chemical etching and composite packaging of fiber Bragg grating in measurement range,measurement accuracy,working life,multiplexing and practical effect.It is shown that the fiber Bragg grating to actually get more extensive application still needs to do more research,to find simple encapsulation method in order to achieve higher accuracy and greater range of signal detection.
