中文摘要: 以不同开缝宽度的H型翅片椭圆管束为研究对象,利用FLUENT软件对顺排H型翅片椭圆管束的传热特性和阻力特性进行了数值研究。研究表明,在速度小于8 m/s时,不开缝的翅片换热效果最好,但在速度较大时换热最差;开缝宽度为5 mm的翅片管束因为"气塞",换热较差,动量损失率较大,实际生产应用中应尽量避免;开缝宽度为15 mm的翅片管束换热较好,动量损失率也较低。

Abstract:The numerical study on the heat transfer characteristics and resistance characteristics of the H-shaped finned elliptical tube bundles is carried out by FLUENT software.The study shows that when the velocity is less than 8 m/s,slot fins have the best heat transfer,but the heat transfer is greatest at higher speeds.Slot width of 5 mm fin tube bundle has poor heat transfer because of "air plug",and momentum loss rate is large,which should be avoided in the actual production applications.Slot width of 15 mm fin tube heat transfer is better and the momentum loss rate is also low.
