Abstract:English proverbs play an indispensable role in English language and culture.As they areexpressive and easy to remenber, they have pervaded every aspect of people' s life and culture.Theexploration of English proverbs is beneficial to the study of English and mastery of English proverbs.Thepaper makes analyses English proverbs in terms of internal structure,with the intention of helping thelearners to comprehend and apply them.
