中文摘要: 对于燃用神华类易结焦煤种,持续低负荷工况下水冷壁会发生结焦问题,主要原因是此阶段大幅降低的烟温导致热风温度过低,使制粉干燥能力及炉膛燃烧环境变差,而未经充分干燥的煤粉颗粒进入炉膛后,因着火点滞后及燃烧速率低,较大的未燃烬的煤粉极易被甩到水冷壁上而导致结焦.采用广义回热技术,可以显著提高低负荷下热风温度等,从根本上解决了低负荷下水冷壁的结焦问题,提高了机组的安全性.

Abstract:When a boiler is burning a kind of coal with slagging tendency like Shenhua coal,slagging problem of water wall will happen if it is suffering continuous slow load.The main reason is that great reduction of flue grass temperature can lead to much lower temperature of combustion and primary air,which reduces drying capability of coal pulverizing system and combustion condition of furnace.As pulverized coal without sufficiently drying coming into furnace,it postpones ignition and reduces the burning rate.As a result,some large size burning particles tend to hit and stick to water wall and cause slagging.The generalized regenerative technology is introduced that significantly improves the temperature of combustion and primary air under low load,which fundamentally solves the problem of the water wall slagging under low load and improves the safety of the boiler.
