中文摘要: 采用光催化-膜耦合技术成功制备了负载TiO2的Al2O3陶瓷膜,并将其应用于亚甲基蓝的降解实验。染料降解实验结果表明,降解率随着光照时间的增加而提高,当光照时间为40 min时,降解率达到63.4%。溶液pH值影响实验表明:pH值为3,4,10时,亚甲基蓝的降解效果较好,降解效率分别达到83.2%,81.3%,78.9%;pH值为5和9时,降解效果其次,分别为68.6%和71.9%;pH值为6和8时,降解效果最差。催化剂投加量影响实验结果表明,投加量为250 mg/L时,降解率最高,达到63.4%。

Abstract:Photocatalysis membrane coupling technology is adopted to prepare the Al2O3 ceramic membrane loaded with TiO2.The results of SEM experiment showed that TiO2 could be more uniformly loaded on the surface of the Al2O3 ceramic membrane.The degradation experiment showed that the degradation rate increased with the increase of illumination.When the illumination time was 40 min,degradation rate reached 63.4%.The pH value factors showed that the degradation rate of methylene blue was better and when the pH value was 3,4 or 10,the degradation efficiency was 83.2%,81.3% and 78.9% respectively.When the pH value was 5 and 9,the effect was 68.6% and 71.9% respectively.When the pH value was 6 or 8,degradation rate was the lowest.When the dosage is 250 mg/L,the degradation rate is the highest,reaching 63.4%.
